Each practitioner has their own hours, days off and treatments, and the calendar shows them side by side.

A treatment that needs a room takes one, and no time is offered while the rooms are full, including the time set aside to get them ready.
The client's history in one place
Past and upcoming visits, payments and your own notes are on the client's page, whoever made the booking.

Free has no monthly fee. Pro is €10.00 a month, for every practitioner in the practice.
Free covers 1 staff member and 1 location, and Piklo takes 0.5% of payments made online through Piklo. Pro has no staff limit and no Piklo fee. Prices exclude VAT; text messages and the payment provider's own fees are separate.
Questions practices ask
- Can several practitioners share one calendar?
Yes, on Pro. Free covers 1 staff member; on Pro everybody has their own hours and treatments, side by side in one calendar. Working on your own? See massage and therapy.
- Can we run more than one address?
Yes, on Pro. Each location has its own opening hours and its own booking address, and a practitioner can work at more than one.
- Can clients choose their practitioner?
Yes. They choose a person, or take the first free time with anyone who offers the treatment.
- Can clients cancel by themselves?
Yes, from the link in their confirmation, up to the deadline you set. You also decide how short notice a new booking may be made at.
- What does a practice with several practitioners pay?
Pro: €10.00 a month excluding VAT, whatever the number of practitioners, and no Piklo fee. Text messages and the payment provider's own fees are separate.
