Booking software for therapists.
Clients pick the consultation and the time from their phone, day and night. You ask what you need to ask before they arrive, and the treatment room is held along with the hour.
What it looks like
What matters most in a practice
- DepositsPro
- Ask for a deposit before an hour is held, and keep a card on file so the time can be charged when nobody turns up. You decide the amount.
- Own questions
- Up to five questions on the last step of a booking — what it is about, whether this is a first visit, whatever you would otherwise ring and ask.
- Rooms and equipment
- A treatment room, a massage table, a machine. Something a consultation needs as well as a person, and never held by two people at once.
Free: get booked. Pro: €10.00 a month — all of it.
See pricingQuestions therapists ask
- Can I ask my own questions before a consultation?
Yes. Up to five of them, on the last step of the booking, and the answers are on the booking when you open it.
- What does it cost?
Free costs nothing and stays free. Booking page, calendar, several services in one booking, customers, client portal, reminders, gift cards, gift cards customers buy themselves, staff profiles, and payments. Pro is €10.00 a month and adds the rest. Several locations, waiting list, deposits, no-show fees, customer club, and discount codes.
- Can I take a deposit?
Yes, on Pro. Ask for a deposit before the hour is held, and keep a card on file so the time can be charged when nobody turns up.
- Can I book a room along with the hour?
Yes. A room is a resource a consultation needs, and an hour that needs it is not offered while somebody else has it.
- Can several practitioners share one calendar?
Yes. Everybody has their own hours, their own days off and their own consultations, and the calendar shows them side by side.
