- A programme of sessions with one total price, paid up front or per session. The client books the first session online, and you place the rest together.
- Repeat bookings
- The same weekday and time every one to four weeks, booked in one go, with each session movable on its own.
- Payments
- A payment link from any booking, by email or copied into a message, and the booking marks itself paid when the money arrives.
Free has no monthly fee. Pro is €10.00 a month, and adds discount codes and a customer club.
Free covers 1 staff member and 1 location, and Piklo takes 0.5% of payments made online through Piklo. Pro has no staff limit and no Piklo fee. Prices exclude VAT; text messages and the payment provider's own fees are separate.
Questions coaches ask
- Can I sell a coaching programme?
Yes. A programme has a number of sessions and one price, paid up front or per session. The client books the first session online, and you book the rest together.
- Can clients pay before the session?
Yes. Send a payment link from the booking; it marks itself paid when the money arrives in your own account.
- Can I run sessions by video?
Piklo books the time; it does not create video links. Send your meeting link the way you usually do.
- Can I ask a few questions before the first session?
Yes. Up to five, on the last step of the booking, such as what the client wants to work on. The answers are on the booking.
- Is Free enough for a coach working alone?
Often, yes. Free covers 1 staff member and 1 location with no monthly fee; Piklo takes 0.5% of payments made online through Piklo. Pro is €10.00 a month and adds deposits, a waiting list, discount codes and a customer club.
