Questions and answers

Short answers, with a guide behind each one.

Is it really free?

Yes. Free costs €0.00 a month, for as long as you want it. No card is needed to get going and there is no binding period. The only thing the plan costs is 0.5% of an online payment that goes through Piklo — and if you take no payments through us, you pay nothing at all.

How long does it take to get started?

You are taken through it a step at a time — the salon, what you offer, when you are open — and then your booking page is open. There is nothing to install and nothing to arrange with anybody.

Who is Piklo Booking for?

Salons, practitioners and anybody who sells time: hairdressers, beauticians, massage therapists, tattooists, and the people who run courses and classes. Whether you work on your own or with a house full of colleagues, it is the same product.

How do I avoid no-shows?

Reminders by text message, cancelling that takes one tap, and a fee or a deposit the client sees when she books.
