Who makes Piklo Booking
Piklo Booking is made by Piklo Systems, a small company in Denmark. We design and build our own products rather than assembling other people's, and Piklo Booking is one of them.
What we believe
- Design first — how a thing looks and how it is used is decided before it is built, not decorated afterwards.
- Whole features only — what we ship works all the way through. Half a feature waits until it is one.
- Still here next year — software is not finished, it is looked after.
Why this product exists
A business that sells time spends the day answering the same three questions: when are you free, can I move it, and how do I pay. A booking system is meant to answer all three without anybody picking up the phone, and then stay out of the way.
That is also why Piklo takes a fee only on payments that actually run through it, never holds the money, and lets you take payment at the counter and mark it as taken. What you do not use costs you nothing.

Where your data lives
Your data is in the EU. The database, the sign-ins and the files are held by Supabase in Frankfurt; the applications run on Vercel in Frankfurt; the emails are sent by Resend in Ireland. Those, what each of them is for, and what happens when one of them changes, are set out in the data processing agreement.
We measure how this site and the product are used without cookies and without identifying you — page views, referrers and errors, and nothing that follows anybody anywhere. That is why there is still nothing here asking you to accept cookies. The privacy policy says exactly what is counted.
The company
Piklo Systems has a site of its own, and the legal form, the registered address, the company registration number, the VAT number and the supervisory authority are in the company details.
