Booking software for hairdressers.
Customers pick the treatment, the stylist and the time from their phone, day and night — colour and cut in one booking, with the time set aside that both of them take. Reminders go out for you, and the money lands in your own account.
What it looks like
What matters most in a salon
- Reminders
- A message the day before, sent for you. The chair that stays empty is almost always the one nobody was reminded about.
- No-show feesPro
- Keep a card on file and charge for the time when nobody turns up. You decide the amount, and you decide whether to charge it at all.
- Waiting listPro
- When a Saturday is full, people put their name down instead of going elsewhere. A cancellation writes to the first in the queue on its own.
Free: get booked. Pro: €10.00 a month — all of it.

- Can my customers book colour and cut at the same time?
Yes. One booking can hold more than one treatment, and the calendar sets aside the time they take together rather than the time one of them takes.
- What does it cost?
Free costs nothing and stays free. Booking page, calendar, several services in one booking, customers, client portal, reminders, gift cards, gift cards customers buy themselves, staff profiles, and payments. Pro is €10.00 a month and adds the rest. Several locations, waiting list, deposits, no-show fees, customer club, and discount codes.
- Can I take a deposit?
Yes, on Pro. Ask for a deposit before a booking stands, and keep a card on file so the time can be charged when nobody turns up. Both are yours to switch off again.
- Can each stylist have their own hours?
Yes. The opening hours belong to the salon, and every stylist has their own on top of them — days off, a late Thursday, a chair that is only there in the mornings.
- Where does the money land?
Straight in your own account. Payments go around us, and Piklo never holds them on the way.
