How regular treatments run in Piklo

  1. Your treatments, on your own page

Every treatment with its price and time, on a booking page in your logo and colour. Share the link on Instagram, or put the booking on your own website.

  2. The next refill is booked before they go

A refill every three weeks is a series: book it once from the calendar, choose how often and how many times, and move any one of them on its own later.

  3. Reminders go out for you

Before each appointment the client gets a reminder by email or text message, in the language they booked in.

Questions nail and beauty salons ask

Can clients book their own refill online?

Yes. They pick the treatment, the person and the time on your booking page. You can also book the next one for them in the calendar before they leave.

Can I sell a package of treatments?

Yes, as a punch card. Sell a client a number of the same treatment from their page in the calendar, and take one off each time they come. Clients can see what is left.

Can I charge when someone does not turn up?

On Pro. Set a no-show fee as a percentage of the price; the client's card is saved when they book, and you decide for each missed appointment whether to charge it.

Does the booking page look like my salon?

It carries your logo, your colour, your opening hours and your treatments, and clients can read it in their own language. What they see is your salon.

What does it cost?

Free has no monthly fee and covers 1 staff member; Piklo takes 0.5% of payments made online through Piklo. Pro is €10.00 a month excluding VAT, with no Piklo fee and room for the whole team.
